The Role
We are looking for a Video Editor to join our post-production team on a full-time basis. You will work across a diverse portfolio of projects — from corporate brand films and documentary-style videos to social media content and event highlight reels.
Key Responsibilities
Editing & Post-Production
- Edit raw footage into polished, client-ready videos for corporate, brand, and social media deliverables.
- Perform colour grading and colour correction to achieve a consistent, cinematic look across all deliverables.
- Edit and mix audio, including dialogue clean-up, music scoring, and sound design where required.
- Add motion graphics, lower thirds, titles, and on-screen text using Adobe After Effects or equivalent.
- Deliver projects in multiple formats and aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 1:1) based on platform requirements.
Collaboration & Communication
- Attend internal project briefs and debriefs to understand client direction and brand requirements.
- Work closely with the Creative Director, videographers, and photographers to ensure consistency of vision.
- Incorporate client and internal feedback professionally, meeting revision deadlines without compromising quality.
What We’re Looking For
Command of Language
- Bahasa Malaysia

Software Proficiency
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- DaVinci Resolve
- Adobe Audition or equivalent
Skills & Competencies
- Strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and visual storytelling.
- Good eye for colour and the ability to match a reference grade or mood board.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects against tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail — we notice when the audio breath is a beat off.
- Proficiency in managing and organising large media libraries (a tidy timeline is a professional habit).
Experience (Open to All Levels)
- Junior Level: Fresh graduates or 1–2 years of editing experience. A strong showreel or portfolio demonstrating potential is more important than years logged.
- Mid Level: 2–4 years of editing experience with a proven track record across corporate or commercial video projects.
- Senior Level: 4+ years of experience with strong autonomy in post-production workflow, the ability to mentor junior editors, and client-facing confidence.
